使用 Seahorse (Gnome 前端程式)

Seahorse 起始畫面

• 啟動 Seahorse
  • 指令: 打 seahorse
  • Gnome 選單: 選 其他 > GPG Keys Manager
  • Debian 選單: 選 Apps > Tools > Seahorse

• 在 Key 選單上選 New 產生一個新的 GnuPG 鑰匙

• 填入您的姓名、電郵地址及密碼

• 產生途中，請您任意移動滑鼠，令程式產生一個較佳的 GnuPG 鑰匙。

使用 GPA (GNU Privacy Assistant - Gnome 前端程式)

GPA

• 啟動 GPA
  • 指令: 打 gpa
  • Debian 選單: 選 Apps > Tools > The GNU Privacy Assistant

• 選 Keys 選單中的 New Key...

• 輸入您的姓名

• 輸入您的電郵地址

• 輸入額外描述

• 鍵入密碼串

• 選擇是否做一個備份

• 產生途中，請您任意移動滑鼠，令程式產生一個較佳的 GnuPG 鑰匙。

使用 Kgpg (KDE 前端程式)

Kgpg

• 啟動 Kgpg
  • 指令: 打 kgpg
  • Debian 選單: 選 Apps > Tools > Kgpg

• 選 Keys 選單中的 Generate Key Pair...

• 輸入您的姓名及電郵地址

• 鍵入密碼串

• 產生途中，請您任意移動滑鼠，令程式產生一個較佳的 GnuPG 鑰匙。

產生金鑰

使用指令 gpg

• 打: gpg --gen-key

• 選擇您想要的鑰匙類型 (一般使用預設，即 DSA and ElGamal)

(4) ElGamal (sign and encrypt)

• 選擇鑰匙大小 (一般 1024bit 已足夠)

產生後事項

產生完一個新的 GnuPG 鑰匙後，別要忘記以下事項:

• 產生一個徹銷這個 GnuPG 鑰匙的徹銷憑證 (Revoke Certificate) 並存放在安全的地方 (非常重要，請立即做)

• 將預備好的 GnuPG 金鑰 上傳到 keyserver

• Debian 使用者別忘了匯入套件 debian-keyring 中的 Debian 開發者金鑰
