tdb_update_sam: Failing to store a SAM_ACCOUNT for [david] without a primary group RID Failed to add entry for user david. Failed to modify password entry for user david.
I have the above problem when i try to add a smbuser.
useradd david -m -G root <---------ok done smbpasswd -a david <----------- got above error msg.
